VIP Subscription Terms

These terms apply to VIP, the optional auto-renewing subscription in Venue: Relaxing Design Game, offered by Superbloom Games, Inc. ("we", "us"). They add to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which also apply to VIP.

1. What VIP includes

While your subscription is active, you get:

• The Premium Design Pass, included every month
• Early access to new chapter events, a full week before everyone else
• Daily VIP-only Live Events with extra design choices
• The VIP Prize Wheel, with bigger rewards and bonus spins
• Characters and pet avatars only VIP members can use
• Exclusive profile frames

VIP starts as soon as the purchase is confirmed. If you already bought the current Premium Design Pass, you receive a one-time gem gift equal to its value when you subscribe. The perks can change as the game evolves; the VIP screen in the game always shows the current ones.

2. Plans and price

The available plans, their length and their price are shown on the VIP purchase screen and in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. Prices can differ by country and include taxes where they apply.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same length of time unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If the price changes, Apple or Google tells you before the new price applies, as their rules require.

4. Free trials and introductory offers

When a free trial or introductory price is offered, the purchase screen shows how long it lasts and the price that follows. It turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

5. Managing and cancelling

You can only cancel through the store where you subscribed. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription.

On iPhone or iPad

• Open the App Store and tap your profile picture
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select the Venue: Relaxing Design Game VIP subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription

• Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon
• Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
• Select the Venue: Relaxing Design Game VIP subscription
• Tap Cancel subscription

After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. When VIP ends

• The VIP perks stop: early chapter access, VIP-only Live Events, the VIP Wheel, and VIP avatars, frames and titles. You can still view the VIP events you submitted.
• A VIP avatar or frame you were using is replaced by a regular one.
• You can still claim voting rewards from VIP events you submitted, and you keep the rewards you already claimed.
• If VIP ends between chapters, you go back to the regular release schedule, which may mean waiting for the next chapter.
• If you owned the Premium Design Pass before subscribing, you keep it. Otherwise the Design Pass included with VIP stops.

7. Refunds

Apple and Google handle all billing and refund decisions for subscriptions, so refund requests go to them: Apple or Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Restoring VIP on a new device

If your game is linked to an Apple, Google or Facebook account, VIP comes back automatically when you sign in on a new device. If it doesn't, open Settings in the game, tap Restore Purchases and restart the game when asked. If VIP still doesn't appear, contact us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when VIP's perks change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we announce important changes in the game.
