VIP Subscription Terms

Thank you for your interest in the VIP Subscription for Venue: Relaxing Design Game (“the Game”).
These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) explain how the VIP Subscription works, what benefits it provides, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
By purchasing a VIP Subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Overview

The VIP Subscription is a recurring paid membership that gives players access to exclusive in-game features, items, and benefits.
Players can choose from the following tiers:

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice as permitted by platform policies.

Any price changes will take effect after the current billing period and will be communicated in advance.

2. Benefits

When you subscribe, all VIP benefits are activated immediately and remain active as long as your subscription is valid.
If your subscription expires or is canceled, all VIP benefits are removed.

Current VIP benefits include:

• Exclusive Content: Access to VIP-only live events with unique themes.

• Early Chapter Access: Play new chapters one week before non-VIP players.

• VIP Wheel: Exclusive daily spin with rewards.

• Design Pass Included: Free access to the premium Design Pass during active VIP membership.

• Customization Rewards: VIP-only avatars, avatar frames, and titles.

• Profile Enhancements: VIP banner, frames, and visual upgrades to your profile.
  
  We may update or adjust the list of benefits over time to ensure balance and value. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Payment and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your {App Store / Google Play} account at the time of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews for the same period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the same price and terms unless otherwise notified.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

• Apple Users: Manage in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.

• Google Play Users: Manage in your Google Play Subscriptions settings.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; benefits remain active until then.

• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused time.

• Refunds, if applicable, are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.

5. Upgrading or Downgrading

• Players can upgrade from a lower-tier subscription to a higher one (e.g., from weekly to monthly, or monthly to yearly) within the game.

• Downgrading to a lower-tier subscription is not supported and must be done by canceling the current plan and subscribing to a new one after it expires.
  

6. Free Trials and Discounts

• The VIP Subscription does not offer a free trial to prevent exploitation of Design Pass rewards.

• Temporary promotions or introductory discounts (e.g., first two months at reduced price on Android) may be offered from time to time, as indicated in the in-game shop or store listing.

7. Loss of Benefits

If your subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be renewed due to payment failure:

• All VIP benefits (exclusive content, early access, customization items, etc.) are removed.

• Any VIP-exclusive avatar, frame, or title in use will be reverted to a default item.

• Items already claimed or unlocked through VIP rewards will remain in your inventory unless otherwise specified.

• If you had a standalone Design Pass before subscribing, it will remain active until its original expiry. Otherwise, Design Pass access ends immediately.

• You will retain access to any designs you submitted during your VIP subscription and keep any rewards earned from them, but you will no longer be able to edit or redesign them.
  

8. Data and Privacy

Your subscription information (such as purchase date and status) is managed by the app store and linked to your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the app store’s privacy terms.
We do not store your full payment details.

9. Changes to the VIP Subscription

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any VIP benefits, pricing, or features to improve game balance or comply with platform policies.
Material changes will be communicated in advance through in-game notices or official channels. Pricing changes will take effect after the current billing period.
